2002 NVC Pkt3 Cases January Tracker!

Ok Folks for all those of you who have had your cases created by the NVC, please post details on post Case Creation experience. i.e. has anyone recieved Pkt3 from NVC. What are the new time frames? Will the Jan2002 cases make it for March or April?

are I140 AD Dec 3rd
    NVC RD: unkown
    NVC Case Created: Jan15th
    Expecting new Pkt3 docs to arrive between Jan 31st and Feb 15th
    Estimated Response time to Pkt3 from lawyer/me to St Louis: 1 week

NVC RD Dec 11th NVC Case created Jan 14th..Mar/April impossible..

FOr chennai, it looks more like May or June !!

Do we have to send PCC with Packet 3 to NVC?

My attorney is saying we don\'t have to send PCC with Packet 3 to NVC and can submit it when we go for Interview! Is this true? Did anyone hear the same from their attorny?
