Purpose : Avoid Employment Verification RFE
I dont see any approvals with out an Employement RFE nowadays from NSC. My lawyer is sending a letter from the employer to NSC re-stating my continued employment as per the provisions of Labor Certification. This is to prevent an RFE and time delay associated with it.
I wanted to know if any of you had done similar things? Would BCIS cares it?
My lawyer states that this does not do any harm and may take another 2 months for them even to open the letter.
Please share your experience and thoughts.
