Guys and Gals,

Just to get a feel for how many are out there, just post in this thread if you are EB3 and your PD falls in 2002. For those that are not familiar with PD it can be found on your approved 140 appilcation. It is the date your State Labor was filed with the DOS.

It will also be a good idea for everyone to add their PDs onto their signature if you have not done so already. This thread will be a good place for people with similar PDs to be in touch with eachother and get a feel for what is going on with their PD cases.

NOTE - I am not a 2002 PD case. I and am just starting this thread so people can post and share information.

EAD2 RD = Sep. 1,2005 Approved September 8,2005
AP2 RD = Sep. 1,2005 Approved September 9,2005

Gullu,

The PD is mentioned on the approved 140 notice. It is the date your labor application was first filed at the State level.

From the look of things, there are a lot of 2002 PDs out there.
