2001 Kid Case still pending

I can not remember who has his daughter's 485 case pending after the parents got approved January, 2004. I just want to know how your daughter's case is going?

My son's case is still pending from July, 2001. TSC is waiting for his name check result. My senator checked with TSC again today and got the expected answer "still pending". The senator checked with FBI but got no reply. I want to write to Mr. Hardy personally to see if he can tell me the time frame for my son's name check process. Any idea and suggestion? Thank you all.

Iam so sorry for you

My sons case was approved to follow to join the rest of his family in Aug 2004

the London consulate was sent a cable but it appears to have gone astray and who knows when it will be resolved



Hang on in there, keep contacting senators office for help


I would love it if some TV programe makers would be interested in our horror stories


This is so upsetting for all family members
