Hi All,

20 months completed Today. RFE was received by BCIS on 9/5 no news till now. My first FP was received by BCIS on 6/14/2002. No 2nd FP as yet. Is BCIS Sending 2nd FP notices to people who did their first FP in April?
Just sharing the info.

Since your case was picked up before your FP completed 15 months, I think you might not get a 2nd FP.

I received 2nd FP Notice yesterday.

I am hoping that too. But after looking at your case and one of my friend whose RD is Dec 11/01 , FP in April 2002 (he got RFE in August) and response to RFE received on 9/12, couple of weeks ago he got 2nd FP. Does that mean people who did their FP in April are getting 2nd FP now?

Chances are high that all Nov/Dec appilcants will received their second FP. I myslef is Nov 2001 applicant is now waiting for 2nd fp notice and I dont expect to see my approval this year. INS is just pure luck.
 
Yipee...Lets party :rolleyes: :rolleyes: I am completing my 20 mos today as well. I am thinking of contacting the senator/congressman after couple of weeks if I dont hear anything by then.

Lets see....

Contacting senator this month seems too early. always keep that your last option. Moreover right now the processing time shows 1/15/02. As per my observations on this forum

If you did not get a 2nd FP or RFE, then BCIS will come back and send and RFE or say 2nd FP notice will be sent in 60 days. You'll end up waiting those 60 days and after 2nd FP is received they will come back and say to make a decision another 60 days. SUCKS. Wail till the processing time moves to 3/15 and then contact the senator.
