I have been green card holder through marriage for 2 years. Last week my wife received a letter from USCIS that the department of State sent back my I-130 application and ask for a review. Here is the exact letter:
“This is to advice you that we have received the above application or petition back from the Department of State, along with their request that it be reviewed. We will notify you of any action we take on this case.”
What does this letter/review mean? It is normal? Should we consult a lawyer or nothing to worry about? Any information/advice/insight would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Rahman
