My wife is German with a J1-Visa and 2 yr home requirement. My company is transferring me to Denmark this summer for 3 years. Will that qualify for her 2 yr residency requirement.
What evidence is required to show that 2 yrs were completed in home country ? Worst case we plan to arrive in Germany and then drive to Denmark. The passport stamps will be in and out from Germany.
