2 simultaneous EB-2/NIW applications??

Hi All,

I have a pending self-petitioned EB-2/NIW petition awaiting adjudication at the VSC. I need to adjust status and a work permit urgently. I am expecting an RFE from the EB-2/NIW from the pending application. My question is:

-Can I submit a concurrently filed EB-2/NIW (I-140)+1485 without withdrawing the EB-2/NIW that is pending adjudication?

no need submit 140 again

You only need to file I485 if you want to adjust your status. You still belong to concurrrent filing because your I140 has nopt been approved yet.
