APPROVAL!!
alright guys, thats the story of my case!

Following Rajiv's advice (thanks a ton, Rajiv and thanks a ton Sillyman for bringing my case to Rajiv's attention), i had the attorney deal with the AILA liason contact with CSC. Actually this was a different attorney than the one who actually filed my 140 as my original attorney was into labour and was off work when CSC denied my petition.
On april 15th AILA informed my current attorney that DOL has been requested by USCIS to send the copies of Labout cert. And today morning I got an email from USCIS (i added my WAC number in my portfolio) that my case got APPROVED!!
Well, one more step cleared. Now getting ready to file my 485.
A few questions, though. When i got denied, i changed employer to a mid-west based firm and filed my Labour cert there. My H-1 with my current employer thru whom my 140 got approved is valid till July 2005. Now, i will switch back to my current employer and after a month, along with my first pay stub i shall file for 485. Does any one have any CAVEATS ?
And the fact that my 140 was denied (though wrongly) and then approved by USCIS, will it have any adverse impact on my 485 ??
