2 Questions!!

Hello Everybody!! Have couple of questions. Would appreciate if someone can post some answers or advice if possible.
Have applied for I-140 &485 (concurrently) receipt date was 9/15/2003

Q1. When should I expect my EAD ? (if no RFE's)
Q2. When can I change my employer ?

They still are in August

Providing you filed your I765 along with I140 and I485, you should wait a bit more.
If the I765 is not approved within 90 days, you can file for a interim EAD (iEAD) at your local office.
You cannot change employer, unless you want to start all over again. If your I140 is approved and your I485 has over 180 days pending, you can change employers under AC21.

Just to complement Rich00's answer....

Your new empolyee must be similar to the one your LC was based on.
