Hi Guys,
I am currently out of US on a project and need to prepare for filing 485. Unfortunately, I am only allowed by my project mgr to visit US for a very short time (3 days max) to do so due to work here...
Hence, my questions are:
1. Can I file 485 in person rather than thru mail? This will help me ensure that I was in US while filing - as I need to leave immediately after filing 485 - and hence cut the time I need to be in US.
2. Anyone knows any doctors in Atlanta/GA region that can quickly complete the medical and/or may work over weekends..? How many days it takes to get the results? Does the doctor needs to be authorized by INS or any doctor would be fine?
