Ok, got the problem now. I was petitioned by my USC father under F1 category (daughter of USC) and last year, I got married from my LPR husband. I am in the Philippines and still waiting for any petitions that will be granted.... whoever goes forst but I am not sure if I will still get it.
My priority date from my father is 1999 and I was suppose NOT to get married but I did, and we did not inform the Immigration about the marriage. My husband in TX is now planning to file his petition under F2A or spouse of immigrant. On May 2007, it will be my husbands 3rd year in the US.
Now, do u think i will be having problems here? Does my dad have to inform the immigration that I got married but my petition will go down to F3?
