2 one-way tickets on a B2 visa, any issues?

I am a US citizen and my MIL will be visiting the US from Egypt on a B2 visa. Based on knowledge or experience, does anyone know if it would be an issue for her to fly to the US on a one-way ticket? She will have the return ticket with her at the same time but they will be 2 separate tickets. Would that cause an issue in airplane boarding or at POE?

The reason for 2 separate one way tickets is because they will be issued by 2 different frequent flyer programs and each account has just enough for a one-way ticket.

Alternatively, my MIL may come to the US and then depart to Australia and then back to Egypt. She has an Australian visa. This will be three segment separate tickets.

If you can prove, your MIL won't stay in US, guess one-way ticket will help else she might be denied from entering.
 
That wouldn't be a problem. The condition is that she need to have a return ticket. So that would be fine.
