2 New Nov. approvals on rupnet

I too am a november filer.

Last night i received a mail from rupnet showing 2 november approvals.
this is great news.
Hope the trend continues.

Is it possible they could be local INS office transfer cases...?

MD Local transfers

Yes, VSC has transferreed around 50 cases to baltimore
from Sep 2001 to Feb 2002.
(at least as per the MD thread in this forum)
and they are scheduling interviews now.

greaty-k has added Transfer date, Interview date
for this purpose recently, and I have added those fields also
in rupnet.

If you look at past year also, a high % of MD cases
are transferred to Baltimore. MurthyChat she says
Baltimore volunteers to do the cases to reduce VSC workload.

Now consider this!

This is just my theory, so please correct me if i am wrong.


For the 2 November cases to be transfered to baltimore, INS officials should have started looking at them to make the dicission. So atleaset there is some movement in the november case files and they are not gathering dust.

On an optimistic note november files should see approvals some time soon.(1-2 months max.)

What do you think.
