My 485 RFE was received by USCIS on 06/11.
Lawyer called them up on 08/05, USCIS said wait for 60 days and then call back, lawyer office would be calling them up tomorrow again.
In the meanwhile wanted to find out, how can I send a fax inquiry to USCIS and also would it be appropriate to do tha.
A reply would be appreciated.
