2 months recruitment sufficient for RIR. Please respond

My company will be applying in RIR after 2 months of recruitment. First ad in Jan, second ad in Feb and applying before march 28th. I am in Chicago, IL. would this be a problem. gurus please respond what are the chances of not being rejected for inadequeate recruitment :confused: . Thanks in advance

I think you should be fine but no one can guarantee that it can not be rejected. If DOL wants to find a fault in your case they will find it anyway. For that matter no case is risk free, so trust your lawyer and file your case based on his/her advise.
