2 middle names, which one to use

My mom has a name like First Middle1 Middle2 Last.
Throughout the i-485 paperwork, which one should I use. Can I pick one of the two and use it consistently.
Some field ask for middle initial so you have to use one, not both.

Use the one that has been used on her other documents ... driver's license, bank account, passport, etc.

If neither or both were used on those documents, use the first middle name.

I disagree... use both middle names, i.e. where it is asking for middle name, write both middle names. It is not uncommon to have two middle names... for example both president Bush(S) have two middle names. For middle initials, use initials of both, e.g. H.W.

The question was asking about when there is space for only one middle initial. So using both won't work in those cases.

My brother has two middle names. He uses both when both can be written, otherwise he only uses the first one.
