2 middle names, should I listed them both?

Hello Everyone, I am currently filling my I-485 and I-130, I have two middle names, but I only use my first middle name on my ID and SS card, my second middle name only appears on my birth certificate. My question is should I list my second middle name on my immigration Forms ( under other names used)? Or should I only listed my first middle name?

I always used both but i dont think it matters, but as you are goignt for the i 485 i would use both because it night cause confusion with the FBI name check so play it safe.
