2 LCs

I have one LC pending and I would like to start another one from a different employer in case the first one will fail. The 2nd LC requirement is different than the 1st in skill sets. The 1st one requires C++ but the 2nd one requires Java. The question is, in my first application, I didn't put any Java stuff in my resume, no Java shown in experience letter, etc. Because at that time, I thought Java is irrelevent to what I was doing, and in the letter the previous employer said I was doing full time C++ job. I have no problem to obtain a new experience letter from the same person, saying I am doing Java job also. However, both LC will go to the same Local SESA and regional DOL offices.

Does any one know that DOL will check the 1st LC application while processing the 2nd one? Does the conflicting reference letter matter?

Thank you very much.

Most likely DOL will not check it. But it is very risky - it is fraud. Conflicting reference letters - if found - will cause lots of problems. Also putting Java in one and C/C++ in other will mess up. You can be charged with immigration fraud and you maybe thrown out of US.
