2 LCs same company, is it legal.

I am stuck in a slow SESA, my employer has offices and similar job openings in a different state with a much faster SESA and regional DOL. Is it possible for me to file a second LC with the same employer for the same job title but in a different state for a future job. Ofcourse the plan is to move to the new job after GC approval. Can this be done legally, if yes what are the risks involved.

Lc should be applied in the State of the company's HQ.
