2 jobs with EAD

How to accept second offer with another company with different title... trying to keep current job as full time

any idea Full time/W2 contractor/1099 contractor

Not a problem to accept a second job, as long as your primary job under which your AOS is pending is maintained. EAD does give you the flexibility to accept multiple jobs at the same time.
