Please my case and post your opinion and advice.
I applied labor through my a company in texas, took 2yrs to get labor approval
meanwhile I went back to my friends company and asked him to file a 1-485 based on a preapproved labor from nebraska
Second 1-485 details
Category: EB-2
I-140 approved in jan 2004
EAD 2 and FP done in may 2004
Its current right now in NSC
First labor came through right after i applied from my friend company
since i work for current employer everybody advised me to file second one
I did apply for second I-485, my employer applied in eb-3 with VSC
i-140 cleared, everything is good
now VSC sent me a mail saying your case has been transfered to
local office in Lincoln, NE for adjustement of status.
There is no local office in Lincoln NE, when i called the number on the case transfer letter, its not working.
I called 800-375 number, they transfered me to vermont and they have no clue why it was transfered to nebraska
My attorney also has no clue.
What are my options, Should i withdraw one application go with other one
