2 I-134's?

I have 2 questions.

My parents visa app got rejected for the supposed insufficiency of my income .. I want my parents to reapply .. Can I add my wife as an additional sponsor through a separate i-134?


The visa officer asked my parents to come back after 6 months .. is there anyway they can reapply sooner than that?

you and your wife suppose to be filing tax return together.. so that cannot be consider 2 separate sponcer......
