2 H1's - please help

Hello All,

Two companies have processed H1-B for me at the same time.I got stamped with the second company. Now the second company is not calling me to US for quite a long time. But i want to come at the earliest to US. The first company guy is having projects and want me to come to US. Can i come to US with the second company's stamp, and work with it for first company. As i heard Visa stamp is only for travelling. At the POE what do i need to say in that case. Do i need to show I-129 form of the first company and say that i will be working for the first company. Can this cause problems.Since i have 2 H1's do i need a H1 Visa transfer ?. Its like if i am using H1 Visa of first company than second company Visa becomes invalidated.

Please clarify my questions.Once i am very sure i want to act on this kind of a problem.

if you are working for company B and have stamp in your passport for Company A you can legally enter the contry by showing them that stamp and also I-797 (for Company B) so they can give you the correct I-94.
I think this rule also works for someone entering the country for first time. However, I would suggest to take a legal advice on this, consult your company lawyer or someone to make sure you are doing the right thing.
