Hi,
I have two greencard applications:
1. I am dv2005 lottery winner and I applied for adjustment of status
2. My husband has a greencard application with his company(he has H1b visa and I have H4 visa)
We just received the notice of approving my work permit from the second application.
What I supose to do now?To wait until I'll receive the work permit from the first one and then call INS and tell them about this situation?
I don't want to cancel the first one because we don't know how long will take to get the greencard in both cases.
