Here is my case. EB3, non-RIR, concurrent filed with ND 09/04/02 for I140,485,EAD,AP in TSC. Right now waiting for I140 to clear, got my EAD and AP.
I am thinking about taking another full time job on EAD while I will keep my H1B job also.
However, would that cause any problems form the BCIS' side? Because it is kind of akward to have 2 full-time jobs, although I will have no problems myself as it is cleared with my current employer. My original job is not time specific and the workload is light and is expected to stay so. But I am afraid BCIS will think that my H1B job has changed or has become fake or something like that. I am sure I would be able to defend my case with W2 etc... but I would rather avoid any problems or possible RFEs and alike. BTW the 2nd job is not the same as the current one, the current one is marketing/sales and the 2nd is financial/adminstrative so I can't simply jump ship with the AC21 (not to mention that right now my I140 is not even approved and I am still not over 180 days anyaways...)
So what are yor shots on this? Have you heard something like this before? Thanks for any input.
