What legal steps Should i have to take to work for a company B as a part time employee when working with Company A as a full time.. Any advice appreicated.

I have gone thru my current H1 papers with Company A, there is nothing it says, I should only be working with Comapny A.. Am I missing something here..

Re-check the contract

More often than not a non-compete/ non-disclosure/ confidentiality agreement will restrict dual employment in a related field.

If you end up working for \'B\' you will need prior INS authorization.
