Good news for RD after Aug

I believed VSC use fp date as a priority. Some other people on this forum also stated his before. This will efficiently reduce their backlogs. And they don't even care to update the processing time report.

Yes Fp theory might be right. If the three FP they are all from End of October. That means FP expiry is at the nd of Jan 2004.

FP expiry theory is ONLY PARTIALLY correct. For every 1 person who gets approval before FP expiry, there are 10 people who are not getting approval eventhough their FP is expiring. I am sure there are hundreds whose FP has expired recently (within last 1 month) and still did not get approval.

That is right. They have left tons of applications behind. Similar thing is also happening with I-140. There are people sitting from May-2002 but they are approving November 2003. This has become Vermont service center’s legacy.
