Today(Sep 4 ) the msg is : ==>>

This case has been approved. On September 3, 2003, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice........

How can TSC change the Approval DATE ??????

eb2_I485_RD0901 - I wouldn't be surprised! When my I-140 got approved 2 years ago, the same thing happened. As a result, I got 2 approval notices (for the same I-140 petition) with 2 different approval dates ... both of them arrived at my address the same day!!

Looks like their IT system crashed over the long weekend and they did a backup & restore !!

I wonder what kind of SW / HW they use ?? IBM Mainframes ? Does any body know ?

Also since "MOST" gov jobs are done by "contractors" I am surprised that we have so many "tech" peole visiting this site and till date nobody has any Acquaintances or direct personal experience with the Computer Systems INS uses ??
