Is it possible to apply for a family based green card (through my wife) while my employment based green card is already getting processed?
My employment based application is in the 140/485 stage but has been stagnant for a while (15 months to be precise). Therefore, I am evaluating if I should go the family route.
Any advice/insights would be greatly appreciated.
