Hi all,
My wife had previously been on an H1-B, working in the US. She quit the job as we are having a baby, and we filed an application to change her status from H1-B to H4 as my dependent. At around the same time, my Priority Date became current, and we filed for the Adjustment of Status.
Consequently, there are 2 applications pending in my wife\'s name. Has anyone out there been in a similar situation? I would like to hear from you on what your experience has been. Were there any delays you experienced? Would one application be construed as conflicting with the other? Thanks in advance!
