1st FP received 09/02/2004

I got my 1st FP notification in the mail.
No efforts were done to receive it.
My spouse FP are not here yet.

1. Did your LUD change and when before you got your fp notice?
2. Are you EB2 or EB3?
3. Do you have a lawyer during the I-485 stage and who actually received the fp.

EB2, ND I-485: 7/10/2002

Sent two faxes plus a letter to TSC a month ago but nothing so far. I have a lawyer in the I-485 stage. But I didn't ask him to do anything. He always charged me a lot and continues to do. How painful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


ps. Dear EK-Jogi, we both have the similar ND for the I-485. Let's share the experience.
