1st FP not done. But used 2nd FP

Hi all!

I had received 1st FP (no biometrics) for Dec 30th. I had postponed it to
March 5th. I received biometrics notice (with code 3) for March 10th.

I couldn't make both the dates as I was out of town.

I went on March 24th and showed them both the notices and they did
FP + biometrics using 2nd FP (with code 3). They never returned the 1st FP and never used it for taking FPs. Is it OK to do it once?

FP done March 24th
LUD on 485 March 25th

The message has not changed to "received FP".

How long does it take to receive FP to USCIS? It's already been 7 days.

It doesn't matter how many FP notices you have, they(USCIS) need to take your finger printing only once, since your finger prints are the same for any number of FP notices.
