Can some one tell me when would the FP expire. What is the procedure for the second FP. Do I have to approach the Local INS office or would they send a notice as in case of the first time.
It might have been 15 months or more when my first finger prints have been given. What should I do?

On March 14, 2002, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

Does the above message mean that the security clearance process did not start as yet.
