1st FP done but USCIS website doesn't update?

Hi,

My first FP was done last week and my wife's FP was done a week before that.However, the USCIS website hasn't updated yet and I am not sure if FP was cleared or not. How long does it take to clear the FP?

Also, how do I know if our name check is stuck or clear?
Our I-485 was filed in June-2006, PD is current, current processing date is over due.

We didn't receive any communication from USCIS after filing I-485 until last last month when we got FP notice.

Long story short:

1. Can I assume that name check is clear?
2. FP is not clear yet/

Would appreciate your inputs.
 
I went for FP code3 this morning and I see LUD changed with in 2 hours on both my application and spouse's.
 
many people including me....did not get any update (LUD) on uscis website after FP....

the only way to know that you name check is not cleared is wait for six months ....till your filing date becomes uscis current processing date for 485.

if you want you can go ahead and call them to know that your case is in background check/security check
