Hey guys/gals & guru's.

Read through the forums, the thrills, chills and spills of this whole "process"...Still not really clear on all of it...Just really noticed that the BCIS needs to perform some serious IMI (Investigate Measure & Improve) to get things sorted out here.

So the title really says it all, whats next...My immigration lawyer filled or is in the process of filling our I-140, I-485's...

Thanks a bunch and good luck with your paperwork...Personally I scan EVERYTHING to PDF files here at work.

Glad to see, you got FP done.

Procedure is simple but take time.

u already have approved LC
140+485 pending.
I hope they would approve both pettiton together as concurrent 'Pilot Program'
After FP if they need any evidence to support ur petttion they will issue RFE(Request for more evidience) ur attorny will get, if issued.
Keep check online status for u both pettition to keep update
