19th Feb, Chennai CP success

I finished my CP successfully on 19th Feb. I was one of those affected by Anthrax issue, so had to sumbit my original I-140 approval. Other than this everything else was routine. When they did call my name, I couldnt make it out because of the bad quality of speaker but the security gaurd was looking for me, so thats not a issue. Reached the Embassy around 7:30 AM and was out at 11 AM. Received the blue dart package next day in Hyd.

Thanks to everyone on this forum to make this experience easier and for all the information provided.

Remember me... I got my interview in March. i AM Also an anthrax affected petitioner.

So I need original I 797 and the filing copy of my I 140 certified by the attorney.
Is that correct? Do I need any more documents?

Did you indicate CP when you filed for your I-140? Or did you file for I-824? Or did chennai consulate accept your AC-140?

You are right, because of the anthrax problem the only additional papers you need is copy of I-140 petition from the attorney and original I-797. Good Luck !
