180 Rule regulation

I just talked to my lawyer and he told me that the regulation
regarding the 180 day rule is out already. But he still suggest
me not to change employer before my I-485 approval if I do not
have to.

the source where we can all read the regulations? Thanks.
I am in the same soup - intending to change employers by the end
of June.

I don\'t think the regulation has been enacted by INS yet. The latest that I heard was that INS will "take its time because the law itself is too vague."

I\'m anxious to hear the regulation myself but I guess only patience will help.

My ND is Jan/2000 and still waiting. and have to change job on June. Does anybody know if 180 day rule applied to me? Since I remembered this rule can only applied to people who change the job after this Law comes out. I think that is around end to year 2000, right?

If anybody know, please reply.
