can change job right after I-485 approval before 180days ?

Would that be a problem if I want to change job
after I-485 approval which took less than 180 days
or any other time limit ?

Thanks,
fdfd

I believe that it is "recommended" that you be with your employer for atleast 6 mths after the approval (good faith). 180 days is only if 485 has been pending

does my current company have a power to request
revoking my GC ?
USCIS always has power to revoke, I guess....

I guess if you have really problems at the end with the company and they are interested to hurt you they could start to bring you in trouble by requesting something with the USCIS. But for that you have to have real trouble with your company. I would wait till you have your green card.

They say it is different for NIW cases and you can leave company any time if you have green card (if it is even employer based NIW).

Regarding 'revoking'. They say if green card is not phisically issued, I-140 can be revoked by your company any time.

I'm trying to time my job change here.
It's kinda silly to worry about situations that have not happened yet.
Neither new job offer or GC approval has not happened yet.
But I just have concerns about some consequences.

When I petition EB-1 OR, am I pledging that I'll be working for this
company for at least 6 months ?
This is mainly an issue with my current employee, right ?
