180 days job (or would be )changers - Please read and reply

I am completing 180 days in June end and thinking of shifting job if the regulation will ever come out.

Here is my question: Can someone answer this??? Thanks.

How does INS comes to know that a person has shifted job? or do they ever come to know with the data avail. with them.

after 180 days if they issue an RFE for recent pay stubs or tax details , then they will know about your change ....
