180 days Job Change: Do we need to change Attorney as well??

Hi Guys,
Do we need to change the attorney if we change the job? Lets say you get the Approval Notice in the transition and you don\'t have your new attorney by that time and Old Attorney refuse to send you the approval notice??

Any thoughts???
