180 days, EAD and 485

If my company closes down after I get my EAD (but before 180 days), can I get a new job on EAD?
 
Also, can I get a new job on H1

but still let the 485 application continue?
(all this ... if the company closes down before 180 days of applying for 485)
 
try if you can still be on the payroll at least, for 180 days

I have seen some cases here where people have been laid off before 180 days were over and found jobs on EAD card. Well, if you get laid off you will have no choice but to find a new job on employment card. and then hope INS never finds out.
try to avoid that situation but i know sometimes we don\'t have control over things.
