Called in by INS officer - 10:00 am
Asked basic questions like: is your son a citizen (Yes), are you a terrorist (No), are you a communist (No), were you ever arrested on a criminal charge (No), father\'s name, mother\'s name, spouse\'s date of birth etc.
Asked to return my EAD and AP papers. Returned only the 3rd EAD and all AP papers (did not use AP).
She also wondered out aloud as to why my case for transferred for an interview, for which my attorney replied that it could be due to the different company name in the reply for RFE (company had changed name since applying for I-485). Then she asked us to wait outside while she waits for visa numbers.
Came out with stamped passorts, handed them to us and talked a minute with my 2 yr old - 10:35 am
Regards and goodluck to everyone
