180 day wait after filing I-485

I happened to browse through the news section of ISN.org regarding the
possibility of changing employers after a period of 180 days from the time of filing of I-485.

Is this for real?

Just curious becoz, I haven\'t seen much discussion here.
Am I missing something?

If you don\'t understand the gist of my post say so....., rather than making some useless comments and making a fool out of yourself.

I am referring not to the fact that this 180-day (AC21) provision was floating around for sometime now, but to the fact that couple of days back.....the State Department has finally issued some guidelines to interpret this 180-day provision.
