Just wanted to clarify the meaning of working in same category under the 180 day rule while switching employers.
What is meant by same category?
When my Labor was filed, I was on IBM Mainframe technology, now I am on Microsoft platforms. My designation was and is programmer/analyst and by job description i am a consultant.
By the 180 day rule can I take a permanent job ( instead of consultant ), on a technology different from that when labor was filed?
