180 Day Rule Guidance

Hi

I have filed my 485 in Oct 2001. I want to change my employer but
want to avail the 180 day rule for GC processing. What is the process
to avail benefit of the 180 day rule.

What options do I have if I want to start working for the new employer
before April 2002 (ie before 180 days after filing 485). Will my
current employer need to keep processing 485 till April.

Plus what job description, responsibilities should be presented in
the GC application with new employer.

Any help is appreciated.
