180 day rule after filing for I-485

Has anyone used the new INS regulation AC-21 that says that you can
leave your current employer 180 days after filing for your I-485 ?

Has anyone got his/her 485 approved that left the original employer after
180 days ?

Does anyone see any issues with utilizing the new regulation ?

I would suggest use the search feature of this site... I read here that some people got their stuff done using the new provision.
