Hello Gurus ... I know INS hasn\'t yet published the guidelines for changing the job after 180 days. But out of curiosity I\'m asking ... are there any chances that INS relates this issue with the Priority date becoming current? To be precise ... Is it that INS allows applicants only whose priority dates are current and who waited for 180 days after filing I-485 because of slow processing of cases by INS to change the jobs? Any comments????
