Are there any fellow Dec 01 filers still waiting for their 2nd FP notice?

Me too. I think only when they process your case, will you get a 2nd fp notice. That means our case are still on the officer's desk.

Did both of you checked with your lawyer whether (s)he got a copy of the FP notice. Common wisdom says FP is an automatically generated system and, both the petitionor and their representative should get a copy. If for some season some of us are unlucky then at least our lawyers who filed the petition for us should get a copy.
