I listened to the AVM today.
A straight forward case with an RFE on I-140 case for paystubs, Tax return copy.
Medical Test: +tive skin test (Had a BCG shot at school in my country), clear X-rays. I myself took 4 shots (MMR etc)
against all kinds of infection for lack of the original proof of the vaccinations in my country, and my wife, also in the same boat,
skipped most of these shots for reason of pregnancy. No treatment against TB necessary.
No RFE against I-485 for both of us.
I\'d like to thank Rajiv Khanna for providing this excellent site. Also myladoor has gone a step forward in
bringing out the statistics. You deserve many thanks!
